Delete Account

Request deletion of your account and data

If you would like to delete your Kafka account and all associated data, you can submit a request by emailing us. Upon receiving your request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity via the email address linked to your account
  2. Permanently delete your account and all associated data, including reading progress, highlights, notes, bookshelves, and settings
  3. Confirm deletion via email within 7 days

This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
